At Kiley’s Kritters, every item in our shop is made just for you using trusted print-on-demand partners like Printify and Printful. This means your order is created on demand after you place it—helping us reduce overproduction and cut down on waste. Because of this custom process, we don’t hold inventory and are unable to process traditional returns or exchanges the way larger retailers might.

We encourage you to double-check sizes, colors, and product details before placing your order to make sure everything is just right!

✅ What We’ll Happily Fix

If something’s wrong with your order, we want to make it right. We're happy to offer a free replacement or refund in the event of:

  • Damaged items

  • Misprints or quality issues

  • Incorrect items shipped

Please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A few clear photos showing the problem

Once we review the details, we’ll work with our print-on-demand provider to get your replacement or refund processed quickly.

❌ What We Can’t Accept

Since every item is printed just for you, we can’t accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Incorrect size or color selected during checkout

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of heart

  • Shipping delays due to carrier issues, holidays, or customs
