All of our Kritter merch is made-to-order by our print-on-demand partners, which means we don’t do traditional returns — including for buyer’s remorse (so peek at those product details before you click!).
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we’ll take care of it! Just send us a quick message within 14 days and we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to get a replacement out to you ASAP.
